"There is no hot tub or pool, the wifi didn't work, the kettle didn't work, the air conditioning didn't work. The shower leaked, the fridge leaked. The hosts clothes were still in the unit. The floor was dangerously slipery, with rugs with no rubber backing. VrB"

"A functional flat with basic amenities in a great location. Large rooms with old world charm, but very small toilet/shower area and only 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms. The beds also weren't comfortable, and in general the flat needs updating. The flat is on the 3rd floor and there isn't a lift. Communication with property owner was good. "

The issue we encountered is that the property owner double booked the apartment. We were left the last two nights of our stay to move to another apartment location in Gamla Stan to make room for the new renters. "We loved our stay at this hotel! We lucked out with a top floor (10th) room with beautiful views over the park. Room was spacious and clean, and the AC worked really well. The lobby can get a bit hectic at check-in times, but they have a self check-in which helped. Gym was excellent but you do have to pay for the pool and sauna (345 kr for memory). Breakfast was busy but pretty solid. They don't mix it up so might get a little boring if you're staying there over 2-3 days. Location is very central close to everything with the main station 10 mins by foot. Overall a great stay at a great hotel!"

"We had a lovely stay. We appreciated the chance for early check in. Our room was comfortable. Location was excellent. Housekeepers were fast with cleaning the room. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. We used the spa and that was lovely. The only minor complaint is that it would have been nice to have drawers for our clothing. There were only a couple of hooks with hangers."
