"This was a terrible experience. The rooms and outside were so dirty. The smell inside and outside of the room smelled like septic. When I turned on the air conditioning, it made it so much worse. One of the girls at the desk was so rude. I asked for sheets, because none were on the bed, and someone gave them to me rolled up in a ball. I also asked for an extra pillow and was told no only two per room. We paid a lot for the room because of the area. I’m surprised Expedia has this on place on their sight."

"Property building was old. Rooms needed a deep cleaning. My first room had mold in bathroom. I asked to change rooms and receptionist was very nice and changed my room. She was very friendly. My second room did not have mold but still needed a deep cleaning with lots of dust by beds and nightstands. "

"Overall great hotel and location a close to airport and Port. Shuttle should have Wyndham sign clearly marked on the van as the logo is not known. We ended up missing it and taking an Uber."

"The room was a nice size, but the bathroom is rather small. The door to the bathroom also closes automatically so you have to wedge it open to allow the steam from a shower to dissipate. Our room connected to another room and there was nothing to dampen the noise. The people in the other room were so loud that we got almost no sleep."

"Nice property in need of some new carpeting. Staff was helpful and courtious. Breakfast was not very good and they had no options for anyone with dairy or gluten allergies. Coffe was dreadful. "
