We got the smallest room; which was quite small for two people but very clean and with nice furniture comfortable bed and new bathroom, good AC etc.

"Gorgeous historical home with a panoramic view, short drive to Montefalco. Spacious room with large shuttered windows. Paola is so welcoming and kind and provided a delicious breakfast with many options. "
"This beautiful property set in the Umbrian countryside is the ideal base for exploring the gorgeous hill towns of Umbria. The rooms are large and elegant with balconies overlooking the pool and gardens with beautiful trees in the foreground and villages and churches beyond. The restaurant serves marvelous food and has a great wine list. We had four superb days here and highly recommend it to everyone. "
