"The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even taught me how to pronounce the name of the road outside the motel! This motel is certainly a vintage Midcentury marvel outside, but the rooms have been updated. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the room temperature just right. One safety issue: we noticed that the outside building door's lock was broken, but the interior room locks were fine. As other reviewers have noted, the shower was a bit stubborn about working, but...
