"I go de nuevo"

"There was some brownish reddish liquid drippy rusty something from the bathtubs, and while flatiron it my hair, some water dropped from the ceiling. I was afraid I md get electrocuted. The breakfast was great and the staff was very nice. They even brought me a crib."

"The coffee creamer in the room was clumped up and feel into my coffee. There was no other complimentary coffee anywhere else in the hotel. It was over $5 for coffee downstairs. The beds are extremely low to the ground as well as the toilets and tub. The place needs a major overhaul."

"I booked a ADA room with a bathtub. Those accommodations were not met. It was stated on the booking for a bathtub. Nightly front desk clerk was rude. I walked in and I was told to hold on while she finished eating her food that was in her mouth. Excuse me what?!?! Customer service is terrible at night."
