Golf - Guests may purchase paper golf vouchers offering preferred rates and tee-time benefits at Eagle Ridge Resort’s The General, North Course and South Course. Vouchers must be purchased before your stay and mailed to you prior to arrival. Please contact us well in advance for details.

Our Home - This bright and inviting two-level condo features an open living area with a queen sleeper sofa, electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A full bathroom and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer are also located on this level.Upstairs, the spacious primary suite includes a king bed, private bathroom and relaxing soaking tub. The loft provides a quiet place to work remotely, read or journal about your Galena getaway.Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a standard drip coffee maker and a new propane grill. Step onto the back deck to grill, relax and take in the beautiful golf-course and water views.

This home includes four Owners’ Club proximity cards. If additional passes are needed, they may be purchased for $5 per person, per day at the Galena Territory Association administrative office or pool entrance. Amenity availability is managed by the GTA and is never guaranteed. Refunds or discounts will not be provided for amenity closures.

Important to Know

• Although there is only one step from the parking area through the front entrance, the interior is arranged like a split-level home. Guests must use stairs to reach either the upper bedroom or lower living area.
• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain at the home throughout the entire stay.
• A 30% payment is required at booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 14 days before check-in.
• At 14 days before arrival, the reservation becomes non-refundable and dates may no longer be changed.
• An electronic rental agreement will be sent after booking and must be signed within 48 hours to secure the reservation.
• Travel insurance and damage protection are available through CSA and may be purchased at booking or until 15 days before arrival. Because our cancellation policy is firm, travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Arrival Info - A link to your digital guest guide will be provided at the time of booking. Your property address, entry code and other arrival information will become available in the guide three days before check-in.
Early check-in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or morning of arrival. Instructions for requesting early access will be included with your check-in information.
