How to Access the Owner`s Club:
Proximity cards are provided in all Galena Territory homes. Some homes may not have enough cards for the whole group—additional guest passes can be purchased for $5/day at the GTA admin office. Parking passes are required at the GTA Owners Club and Lake Galena Marina and can also be picked up at the admin office.
House Rules:
•No Smoking
•No events, parties, or large gatherings
•Must be at least 25 years old to book
•You must submit ID within 48 hours of booking.
•Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Triad Vacation Rentals
Check-Out Instructions:
-Check-out time: 10:00 AM on the day your booking ends
-Return all proximity cards. ($50 fee will be charged for any unreturned or damaged cards)
-Set air conditioning to 80 in Spring/Summer and heat to 60 in Fall/Winter
-Place all used towels in the laundry room
-Leave used beds unmade
-Close and lock all windows and doors, and turn off all lights
-Take all personal items with you (don’t forget the refrigerator, closets, and drawers!)
Property Notes:
-This 3-story house has 20 exterior steps leading to the main level.
-Two lower-level bedrooms and a bathroom can be accessed stair-free from the rear entrance.
Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome with a fee.
Trash Instructions:
-Two bins are located outside.
-No drop-off is required—just ensure the trash is not overflowing.
