"Great location for tourists visiting the city as it is centrally located in the city center. 10,15,20 minutes walk from most tourist destination, museums and parks. Room is spacious but appears dated. Bed mattress slanted towards the outer side make it difficult to balance for a good night sleep. Housekeeping is conducted daily. Breakfast menu has the same menu daily. No ice machine! Will have to bother staff at the restaurant for ice. Staffs are courteous upon approach but lack the friendliness needed to make you feel welcome ."

"I really liked the hotel. It was nice, modern, and had a very good atmosphere. I liked the rooftop bar. The food was great. It is conveniently close to the airport as well."

"The only reason I gave the hotel 4 stars is because of the noise from the elevators. To their credit, we were immediately moved and upgraded to a suite away from the constant noise of the elevators. If you are a light sleeper keep this in mind when booking. We cannot say more about the staff and the location of the hotel itself. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid."
