"Beautiful property 15-20 min from dowtown florence! Staff was efficient and polite. The rooms were clean with a great asthetic. The dining options were fantastic with the dining room located on a terrace with a great view of the Arno River. Is a little far from town, so would need a car or plan to taxi or take their shuttle. The shuttle runs late in the morning and early evening, so it can be a be inconvenient at times. "

"loved the outdoor patio and view. hotel was easy to find and parking car was easy hotel provided ztl permit after arrival which was our only concern driving in. very nice room and location was close to everything. got an excellent recommendation from hotel to Osteria Da Diva"

The breakfast staff were wonderful - with special mention to Bedere - who was always happy to go the extra mile. The coffee was great, thank you! I liked that the hotel was just outside the main centre - but a very easy walk to the centre, & away from the noise, parties & drums 😋. I thought the hotel went beyond the norm to make the hotel guests feel welcome. Such friendly and pleasant staff - and along with the location and comfortable & clean rooms - I really enjoyed my stay in lovely Siena👍👍👍👍👍!"
