"We were very happy with our stay. We knew there was no elevator and after a long travel day we were dreading hauling our luggage up a flight of stairs. There was no option to request a main floor room but without even asking Alice offered us a complimentary upgrade to the main floor. She was so sweet "

"I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have stayed in many hotels and motels across North America and in other countries and had no issues at this location and I can be quite picky. The building is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. They have pet-friendly rooms with ample amount of outdoor space for dogs to run around. The breakfast bar and coffee were a nice extra feature."

"Very clean, very helpful staff. An older hotel which has not been updated, but price reflects that. Bed was fresh and comfortable. Concerns (from viewpoint of an elderly person): no elevator, low toilet, no grab bar next to toilet or in shower. Family members had room facing pool. Swimming lessons started at 7 am. Most folks are ready to get up and go by that time, but my group had hoped to sleep in. For the most part - a pleasant experience. The staff member who helped us was very knowledgeable about places to eat on a Sunday night and steered us to a perfect site to watch the eclipse."
