We arrived around 3:20pm (check in is 3pm), and we were told that it'll be a few minutes while they get our room ready. In all it was over an hour before we got to our room (around 4:30). There was another group ahead of us waiting in the lobby when we arrived, and a few other guests seemed to check in and get a room immediately while we waited. I understand that things happen, but it was a long time to be kept waiting without any updates (things only seemed to move along once I went up to the desk and asked for an update)"
