"For the North American or European Travelers the 2nd floor is not for standing height. Otherwise I loved the firm bed. Everything you need is there. If they provided a cutting board and a garbage can it would’ve been perfect. The washer and dryer and sanitizer was just a bonus ! The Apple cafe was just plain addictive. And I recommend returning to the airport by taxi if there are two of you. It’s only $35 plus usd .."

"I was very surprised to see an in unit washer and dryer machine. Plus a cooking station. The room is very easy to use, a full size fridge with freezer and light switches that very easy to figure out. temperature setting is easy to use. This area is close to airport bus about 5 mins walk with luggage's may be around 10 mins. The bus station is facing the Dream building. Take t-money for around 17,000 won. I really like to stay in this hotel because it makes me feel homey. Like your best friend has cleaned up his guestroom just for you to stay over the weekend. Downstairs towards the front desk exit, make a left, you will see small mandoo shops, fruit shops and if you turn left at the end of this small street, you will see a pharmacy. If you turn right at the end of this small street, you will see Olive Young. Then you land on the big road where the aiport bus runs."

"I really loved it! The breakfast buffet was amazing! The free ramen was nice as well but it was after 9-10:30pm. Filters Water station was available all day, there was free washer (not the dryer) was I was able to hang it and dried quickly in the room. I traveled solo, so my room was a bit small, reminded me of a cruise cabin, but it had everything I needed. I brought a swimsuit for the spa, but no clothes were allowed. That was nice after a long 14 hour flight. The airport limousine bus stops right neck door. Staff was great too and spoke several different languages. I would def come back again."

"Excellent location, clean, and nice service as a gentleman staff member helped me and my elderly parents with our luggage to the uber. The cafe attached had great pastries we bought everyday from and the rooftop bar on 13th fl had an incredible view. Good for getting mulitple beds and large rooms as it was very spacious. The rooms were clean, but the beds were kinda rock hard. They placed a board underneath the mattress of something. Couple frustrations, the lighting buttons were a pain to figure out, even til the last of our 10th day and annoyingly only had a main pad and not near the bed or bathroom. The AC was a huge problem as there was no way to set a temperature so we literally had to turn it on and off throughout the night as it would be too cold on and as soon as you turn it off, it would raise the room temp to 85° F despite it only being 65° outside. We lost a lot of sleep due to this odd remote controlled AC."
