"This fun, artsy hotel is steps away from shops and restaurants in Shibuya and was a great hub for our family's Japan vacation. You're walking distance from the famous scramble crossing as well as Shibuya station. The hotel room was fun, beds were comfortable, and I loved all the little areas to store and organize your belongings. The laundry facilities were great and FAST! I was shocked that my clothes were washed and dried in only about an hour's time. Nice when you don't want to spend a lot of time strapped to laundry on your vacation. Lots of amenities, staff was excellent, and they held our luggage on the last day after checkout which was nice. I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Shibuya. "

"The customer service was excellent! They helped call a taxi for us to the airport and always gave us toilet paper when needed and watches our bags all day since check out was 11am and the taxi pick up wasn’t until 4pm!!!"
