"We had numerous issues with literal bugs in the beds. I have photo and video evidence. There are also birds living in the walls (also have video evidence) and my Mother's Day trip weekend ended up a nightmare. I made management aware almost a week ago, to be fully ignored.. I've been referring people to this property for years and i will NEVER recommend this place again. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The location was quiet and close to the golf courses we had booked. The cabin was well equipped and contained everything that was needed for our stay.The hosts were very responsive to any communication and check out procedures were minimal."

"We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well. "

"Took my kids to BC over Easter, the host goes above and beyond to have all sorts of things available. Kitchen has everything we needed for a five day stay and so much more. Toys and books to entertain my little. Instructions were clear, a great welcome book that explained and highlighted a ton of things. Swimming pool and hot tub were functional and easy to access. Good size rooms and lovely decks to enjoy the gorgeous scenery from. "

"The place is not as advertised for sure. Not unkept and various things were not really clean. We had a negative encounter with the one of the neighbor next to the home right when we got there and they have signs facing the house saying they are against VRBO, after that we just avoided them. They also filmed me unloading my vehicle for some reason and looks like they have a camera facing the house so we just closed all the blinds and didn’t go out in the backyard at all. Many things were damaged or not maintained in the house. There were no extra garbage bags left so we had to go buy our own. The water was also not good so we just used bottled water for drinking and with food prep. It was also very hard to deal with the management company and they didn’t have good communication. I would definitely say you get what you pay for in the sense that it is probably one of the cheapest rentals for the size in the area and the size of the place is good for larger families and nice location if it was better. It was also very hard to find the garbage transfer site, there are no signs like it was explained to us, just FYI for future guests. "
