"This property advertises having air conditioning - it does not. The thermostats cannot be adjusted, so for the duration of our stay the apartment was 25+ degrees Celsius. We alerted the hotel staff that the AC might be broken, to which they said this is normal and the AC is in working order."

"My husband and I enjoyed our week stay (in June) at the Hotel Jaguar Oporto. The hotel was very clean and nicely presentable. Breakfast was wonderful and even though we only ate one evening in the restaurant, the meal was very good.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The free Shuttle service from and to the airport was a bonus.
The hotel was handily located for the Metro and it was only 3 stops to the City Centre.
During our stay, it was our Ruby Anniversary, which I had mentioned to one of the staff. After being out all day on our Anniversary, when we returned, we were presented with a bottle of champagne and a cake, which was a wonderful surprise.
I would recommend this hotel and we would stay here again."
