Monumental Tower is an air-conditioned apartment for families or groups of two to four in the Lido area, next to Praia Formosa — in a complex with a swimming pool and a tennis court, a few steps from Forum Madeira and the sea.

The complex has a shared outdoor parking area, a swimming pool and a tennis court.

The apartment is 82 m² and comprises a bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a living room with a sofa and two single beds (90 × 200 cm) recommended for children and teenagers. It also has a kitchenette, a bathroom and two balconies with city and mountain views.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (1 Gbps), TV with international channels and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The apartment is located in the main tourist area of Funchal, next to Praia Formosa.

A few minutes' walk there are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy.

It is 700 m from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre, 650 m from Praia Formosa and 1.8 km from Complexo Balnear do Lido, across the Lido Promenade.

The property has easy pedestrian access to services and areas of attraction and bus stops next to the building.

The Aerobus from the airport stops 70 m from the entrance to the building.

By car there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the fast track to discover the island.

Free on-site parking is subject to availability. If there is no parking available on the property, it is possible to park on nearby streets.

The apartment is in a high-density residential area with shops and services, where there may be noise from traffic, services and neighbours. There is construction work nearby, with possible noise during the day on weekdays.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
