Relax in the living room, which features a comfy double sofa bed, a TV and a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The area is warm and bright, with a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a backyard.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric hob, an oven and a coffee machine. There is also a dining table.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The best way to reach the property is by car or taxi. The Madeira Airport International is just 20 minutes away.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
