The villa is located in a very quiet area, the stay was in perfect peace (the occasional and distant dog barking is not disturbing at all and the neighbors' dogs are completely calm). "Pros: Had a wonderful time in your Beach House! The views were more beautiful than I ever imagined. Family had one of our favorite vacations. Cons: Showers need immediate repair. First bedroom shower downstairs was stopped up and the pan filled with water. The other 2 bedroom showers leaked and flooded the bathroom floors. A little repair would make a big difference."
