This cottage is so adorable, well supplied, sunny and super comfortable! You can literally walk to downtown Fullerton, yet the street is so quiet, you can hear the little flock of hummingbirds that frequent the bird feeders! Thank you Julie for the fabulous stay

This little place was perfect for a long weekend mosaic workshop. It's close to downtown and on a quiet little street. The host was quick to respond and was very helpful when needed. The front porch was a delight and the hummingbirds at the hummingbird feeders were very fun to watch. The house was well equipped and I loved the coffee maker.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this charming home. The location was perfect with downtown dining and shops within walking distance and an easy drive to Disneyland. The house was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. It’s evident that the hosts have put a a lot of thought into ensuring their guests feel right at home. Moreover, the hosts communication was fantastic. They were friendly and incredibly accommodating, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable.

The cottage was perfect. It had everything I needed. Fullerton is a little town outside of the busy areas of Irvine and Orange. It was clean and the decor was charming and thoughtfully done. Communication was the best I’ve ever experienced at such a stay. And at the end of it all, when I left my sweater, Julie sent it to my home address… no one has ever done that for me! Amazing!!! Thank you Julie!

We had a wonderfull stay, here. We were pretty much at Universal and Disney the whole time but we had a very nice, comfortable place to stay. Recently remodeled and the two bedrooms was just perfect for the three of us. It gave us a little privacy from each other that a resort wouldn't have given us. The house is on a very small street which has virtually no traffic. Plenty of nice siting areas with lots of hummingbirds flying around. I truly recommend this place if you have a small family or maybe traveling with another couple.

I enjoyed my stay immensely! The cottage was well-appointed and comfortable, loved the decor and everything I needed was provided. An easy walk to downtown restaurants and shopping, easy drive to grocery and drug store. The front porch and hummingbird garden were so charming and I enjoyed meeting some of the neighbors as well as the host. The layout was perfect for what I needed, LOVED the electric kettle for my tea, all appliances were updated. It was on a quiet street. Julie, the host, was fantastic! Excellent communication and a pleasure to chat with, super responsive. Highly recommend this property if you’re in the Fullerton area. So much nicer than a hotel.

My wife and I were in town to visit my two brothers for three days. Julie's place was a perfect home base for us in downtown Fullerton. It's a small, well-restored and updated cottage, perfect for a couple or a small group. The cottage is tastefully decorated, and very well set up for a visiting guest...everything we needed was there plus many thoughtful touches. The front porch was comfortable and inviting, and the hot tub for two was terrific. The communication with Julie was excellent. She connected early, and gave check-in instructions well in advance, with photos indicating where to park, etc. It was a very easy in and out. We had a few questions and she responded immediately. The area is very nice and convenient...easily walkable to Fullerton college, the Fullerton museum, and many restaurants and bars. Julie's place exceeded expectations. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Julie!

My adult son and I rented Julie’s place recently and we really enjoyed ourselves. The cottage was small, but quite comfortable. The Jack and Jill bathroom that connects the two bedrooms was fully stocked with everything we needed, just have to be careful not to lock each other out! The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. And actually, it was a bit bigger than it appeared in the pictures. My son and I like to cook, and we were impressed with the updated appliances. We were in town visiting my brother, who has ALS , and his wife, who live nearby. It was terrific that we could prepare meals comfortably at our place then bring it to them without upsetting their schedule or getting in the way. We appreciated that. The very best thing about Julie’s place has to be the hummingbird garden out front (and the comfy porch!). Also, the little side yard where the hot tub was. It was so private, and decorated with some really cool accents. Eclectic! We saw a lot of wildlife while we were there, lizards, tons of hummingbirds and a lot of other birds, including my first hooded oriole sighting. We don’t get those on the east coast, so very cool for me. Gorgeous! It’s a shared driveway, parking was tight and you have to be mindful not to block in the neighbors (friendly), but we only had the one car so that wasn’t really an issue for us. So in conclusion; small, but full of conveniences, really charming, private, and perfect for our needs. 5 stars! Thanks Julie!

We (2 people) stayed for five days. The house is exactly as advertised. It feels modern without losing some of its 1917 charm. Parking is super convenient. The neighbors we met are friendly. The outside is inviting, comfortable and private. The humming birds supply endless enjoyment. The hot tub is clean and relaxing. Fullerton surprised us with how much it feels like a small town yet nearby to almost anything imaginable to do in Southern California. It is an excellent place to stay.
