"If you are going to stay in Fukuyama, stay here. I am from Seattle WA and I know good service. Not knowing japanese is obviously a huge downside to traveling to Fukuyama but I came to visit my grandma, so i really had no choice. The front desk went above and beyond, they would call her for me, help me make my random instant ramen dinners, and even walk around the desk to open the elevator for me when my hands were full.
