"The rooms are not clean at all. I had to switch rooms because there was a large stain of something that looked like dried blood on the sheets. When I switched rooms, my new room had a visibly unclean floor. There were multiple hairs in the bedding in each room. And the towels were all lightly stained. There was a thin layer of dust in every surface. "

"We stayed in this hotel 5yrs ago when we came for the world rugby cup in 2019. We loved it so much that we came back again. There is nothing changed. Well, it's improved since, can I say. We had a lovely surprise in the morning that they gave us more options on breakfast. We were both very pleased. The staff were very friendly as well. "

I went during a slow time of year, but got a little street noise but not much. Good outlet and mini area for luggage. I had 3 bags (size of airplane carry on) and all fit under bed.
