Hotel New Otani Hakata

"アメリカに帰国前に１泊宿泊をしましたが、荷物が大量だったのにもかかわらず、タクシーを降りた瞬間からお手伝いに来てくださり、また帰る際もタクシーの手配及び荷物についてもお手伝いを下さり本当に助かりました。 あと郵便物を一件お願いをしたのですが、こちらも快く引き受けて下さりとても助かりました。ホテル周辺も屋台もあり、福岡を感じることができ、買い物にも便利でした。スタッフの方も海外からの方も多く働いておられましたが、全ての方がとても良い対応をしてくださり、気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。また機会があればぜひ利用したいです。お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。"

"The hotel has a great location, less than three minutes from the subway station, making transportation very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It's a quiet spot in a bustling area, next to a five-star hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Superb hotel. Small room but this is expected for Japan. Exceeded my expectations as the room is clean, modern, and well equipped. Having an in-room washer & dryer is helpful during summer travel in Japan. Breakfast options are good"

"Lovely hotel and ideal for a walk to the station. Fresh bottle of water provided every day. We didn’t try the breakfast and unfortunately ran out of time to try the Onsen. Would def recommend hotel as all staff very helpful and clean hotel."

"The hotel counter had a convenient luggage storage area, and one of the staff spoke decent English, making check-in smooth. The room was small, and the bed was tiny; it was quite cramped for two adults. Our family of four split into two rooms, which was more comfortable. The hotel's location is very convenient; Hakata Station, Ichiran Ramen, a drugstore, and a convenience store are all within a five-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Fukuoka. The only downside is that the hotel breakfast remains unchanged, so I won't be spending extra money on it."

"Clean room, small for North America standard but did not spend much time in the room. Great breakfast buffet, staff very helpful, room have AC and dehumidifier! Second stay in this hotel, will return definitely, location amazing in the Center of Tenjin."

"The property was very beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant on the 4th floor had beautiful views but the selection of food was very limited. I didn’t like that my ocean view room had a view of another building and a small part of ocean view to the side. Also an airport shuttle would be great. Overall we really like this hotel and will be coming back in the future."
