"A very nice hotel in the walking distance from the train station, and a pleasant walking distance to restaurants, shops and the castle park. The staff is kind and helpful. Rooms are super clean. The area is relatively quiet despite the fact that the hotel is in the middle of the city. "

"This hotel is wonderful with amenities such as hot onsen to relax and recover tired legs and body. I was amazed of how beautiful this property is. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and nice. Staff welcoming but didn’t speak English so it was a bit lost in translation. They allowed storage of luggage while we already check out to explore furthermore of the city. Location was a distance walk from train station and buses. 18 minute walk. Probably will reconsider in future while it can be a distance from transit and train station."

"This is a near perfect hotel to stay in while visiting Kanazawa as a tourist. The hotel - situated in the heart of the high end shopping district - is a short walk to the main fish market, the samurai district or a beautiful park entrance to Kanazawa Castle park. You can walk to the main historic district as well, but that is a 15-20 minute walk so the viability of that walk is up to you. There is a 24 hour convenience store across the street for last minute snacks. The hotel is very clean and modern, making it perfect for business travelers or couples, but there were also families here as well. The service is exactly what you’d expect from a Japanese business; everyone is friendly and helpful. They also spoke more than enough English if you need that. "
