"Thank you for staying in a beautiful neighborhood. Unfortunately, the apartment is in terrible condition. I'm sorry guests don't respect someone else's property. In the bathroom, a falling ceiling and water pouring in rain, mold in the corners, yellow hood with grease, dirty fridge, oven and toaster. It was very dirty and lack of basic cleaning products (toilet paper 1 roll for two bathrooms, garbage bags, kitchen dishwasher, dishwasher capsules).
