"The property is nice, modern, well equipped in a residential area and quiet. I don’t believe two family’s could comfortably stay there, I believe 4 people absolutely maximum. However, around the property is graffiti, litter, half built buildings, waste land and building plots. You are not in walking distance of MANY restaurants you need a car to drive to many restaurants. There is no local shop we could find, you need a car just to buy water. In walking distance I found 2 restaurants both run...

"The stay in the villa was excellent. Location was ideal close to the restaurants and course's. The pool and outside area was fantastic. An all round beautiful villa suitable for families or golfers looking to stay in la manga."

"A typical Spanish property, furnished in vintage Spanish style. The property had everything we needed, the terraces back and front are charming. We put the barbecue to good use. The host was very friendly and helpful, always responding quickly. The house is very well presented, very clean throughout. We are going to book for next year. "The property was in a very bad condition. No permanent hot water (boiler not serviced since 2021??), damp spots on the walls, damp smell inside, sockets coming out of the walls, no welcome map with practical info on property and resort, only 2 sunbeds, only 1 outdoor chair, disgusting rusted bathtub, rusted heatings, freezer that was covered with a thick layer of ice, carport still leaking two days after it rained, ... only to name some"
