"The hotel was amazing and the room I stayed in was super clean. I loved the complimentary water bottles in the fridge by the elevator. I had no issues during my stay. I will note that there is construction happening nearby and around 9am it did get pretty noisy but that didn’t bother me."

"The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated their hospitality. After a long day of sightseeing, it was nice to come back to a comfortable and welcoming place. The room was small and could use a little updating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent clean hotel, room felt modern and spacious. The breakfast was very good, loved the fresh orange juice machine. Only thing I would say is location isn't ideal, it's quite far from the city centre but it was perfect for where the Shakira concert was being held."

"This was an excellent hostel style stay - you just need to have the expectation of hostel not hotel. The bed was small but comfortable - take ear plugs as you will hear the guests in the capsules nearby. The shared spaces were good - showers were down the stairs as were most of the bathroom facilities. WiFi didn't always work well in the sleeping areas which was an issue for the electronic key at times. Enjoyed having access to shared kitchen and eating spaces. We were grateful to not be assigned an upper level capsule as that would have been a little more challenging for us as guests in our 60's to access. All in all a reasonably priced stay near the Grand Via and we would stay here again."
