Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, fan, TV, high-speed WiFi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, and a washing machine. Additional amenities include a baby cot and a shared billiard table with dartboard for entertainment.



Step outside to your private garden, uncovered terrace, and two balconies where you can take in the beautiful views. The private outdoor pool can be heated for an extra fee, and you will also have access to a private grill and outdoor shower for added convenience. Please note that the property features steep steps leading down to the pool, with a railing only at the top section, which may present challenges for young children or elderly guests. The surrounding area has elevated terrain and may also present some difficulties for mobility.



Shared parking is available at the property. Families with children are welcome, while pets and smoking are not permitted. Events are not allowed on the property. Beach towels are provided for your convenience.

The property features energy-saving lighting and provides guidelines for proper waste separation. Public transportation is accessible within walking distance. Grocery delivery can be arranged prior to your arrival for an extra fee, and horse riding is available within 15 minutes for an extra fee.
