The penthouse is bright and spacious and can accommodate up to 6 people. One of the best views of the sea and the city of Fuengirola from a spacious terrace with a dining table for 8 people, little corners with sofas to relax watching the stars at night. In the middle of the terrace you have at your disposal a jacuzzi and a bar with stools to have for example a glass of champagne and chat with your friends or family. A barbecue is also located there. It is definitely the best place in the house with movie views. You will have at every moment the feeling of being on vacation. The living room is another wonderful place of the house with noble materials is fully equipped. Every detail has been thought for the comfort and well-being of the guests. An American kitchen open to the living room equipped with everything.

The house has 3 spacious bedrooms with large double beds and fitted closets. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bathtub and a large dressing room. The second bathroom has a shower.



You will have access to several community pools on site and Higuerón West's health facilities are practically on your doorstep. Higuerón West has a multitude of different facilities. The sports club occupies a spacious 12,000 m2 and features a state-of-the-art fitness center. The award-winning Nagomí Spa is dedicated to beauty, wellness and relaxation. There is a wide variety of dining options, from cafés to bars and restaurants. Apart from the resort's outdoor swimming pools, all other activities are fee-based. You can check prices on arrival at the club's reception desk.You will have at your disposal a covered parking space and another parking space with a sports car for a fee.
