OK, but not worth the price due to construction
The apartment is fine, but I would expect more for this price. When we arrived the cleaning was not really good, with lots of spots on the floor and walls. The outside area did not seem to be cleaned properly after the last guests. With all the construction work in the area I would expect the outside area to be cleaned on the day of arrival. Some broken tiles on the terrace also lowers the overall impression. They did send a cleaner the day after I sendt a message about the lack of cleaning which was good.
The area is a complete construction yard. The ad says there might be som noice from construction, but thats an understatement. The area in front of the apartment in the ad does not show that there are several new buildings being buildt right in front of this building. The pool is best to use on the weekend when there is less work going on. I would not rent in this area until all construction is done, which will probably be a few years.
Overall the apartment is fine, but the area is not great at the moment due to all the construction.
