Fantastic apartment with sea views, sun until sunset.
The apartment is located in the very popular Ronda1 building in Los Boliches, Fuengirola. It is beachfront in an ideal location, there is a south/west facing balcony - enjoying the sun until sunset. There are great views from the balcony over the pool and gardens to the Mediterranean. The balcony is spacious, perfect for having breakfast, lunch ánd dinner outside, relaxing with a book or watching the activities on the beach! There is parking at the back of the building. We offer free fibre-optic internet. Fully air-conditioned living rooms and bedrooms (optional). The centre of Los Boliches, the shops on the main street and the train station are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The area has something for everyone.
Whether you want to relax, play sports or just watch the activities on the beach from the balcony, everything is possible!

A nice place, beautiful location, great views! We really enjoyed our stay in Ronda. A nice, spacious, clean and homely flat. And oh, did I mention the amazing balcony overlooking the sea? With two spacious bedrooms, even though there were four of us, we had all the space to ourselves. With fresh bread from the luxurious yet affordable bakery and the, supermarket within walking distance, we could enjoy a delicious breakfast and a cup of coffee on the balcony (overlooking the sea). Our days were filled with lying on the beach (less than five minutes' walk and affordable beach-bed rental) swimming pool (pure enjoyment as the garden of the apartment is really beautiful) and a few days exploring the area by car. (Malaga city is highly recommended!) And how nice it is to then come back to a flat that has all the comforts of a home! Nice restaurants within walking distance, and if you feel like doing your own cooking.... You can easily do that! All kitchen utensils are provided. We enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back to Ronda again so!

This is an excellent flat for a holiday to Fuengirola. The location is perfect: across the road from the wonderful beach, with plenty of restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores nearby. There's also a large supermarket 300m away at the station where you can buy anything you could possibly need. Fuengirola centre about 20-25 minutes walk away has all the amenities you could want. The property is easy to get to from the airport. There is a direct train from Malaga airport to Los Boliches, running frequently, and the flat is close to Los Boliches station. Downstairs from the flat is a beautiful garden and a large-sized swimming pool. The flat itself has a large balcony with excellent views over the sea. It's a good size and well equipped. It was quiet during our stay.

After an initial hiccup, we arrived at Ronda 1. Apartment was very clean, had a lovely side view of the sea, everything you needed was present. Apartment was near plenty of bars and restaurants. Pool was shared with Ronda 2 but never too overcrowded, did get told off for having a small ball in the pool! All in all a good holiday lease.

Once Simon met us at the airport everything ran smoothly. The apartment overlooks the mouth of a dry riverbed, so the nearest buildings are further away, and it has extensive views of the beach and sea. It is reached by 2 lifts, which always seem available, and has a secure front door. There is a safe. The balcony extends from south-east to southwest, so the sun is with you until it sets over the mountains behind. We made good use of the gardens and pool, which are visible from the balcony. Beds are comfortable and towels and bed linen ample. Washing machine, TV, cooker, microwave, etc. are all easy to use. The nearby seafront has a selection of bars, and cafes and a couple of shops. One selling mainly beach clothes and beach items and the other, mainly food and drink, etc. The Supercor supermarket and local covered market are a few minutes walk, as is the station. The nearest bus stops are at the nearby BP Garage( to Carvajal) and behind the VW showroom(Miramar and central Fuengirola). Excursions pick-up near the BP Garage(Seat 600 roundabout). Just what we needed for a happy relaxing holiday. Simon and Dawn could not have been more helpful. We were sad to go when Simon picked us up to leave for the airport, but we hope to return.

This is a great holiday rental. Right on the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Dawn and Simon were very helpful with the whole booking process from beginning to end and Simon was there to meet us on arrival. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need although kitchen a bit small but fine if you don't plan on doing much cooking which we didn't as its so cheap to eat out. Would definitely go back to the apartment. The only thing to be aware of is the additional charge for the air conditioning. It runs on a pay as you go meter for a 14 day stay it cost 50 Euro although it was very hot so was on quite a bit. But would still go back!!!

Lovely spacious apartment and well equiped. Watch sunrise from balcony 8am and set 5pm with lovely view of the sea. Close to sea, rail station and lovely promenade with lots of bars/restaurants. Large supermarket a short walk. Simon picked us up at the airport so check in was easy and also transfered us on the return journey. Would definately recommend.

Property is in a perfect location with easy access to the beach and local amenities. For a family of 4 the apartment was well laid out and small home from home touches. We enjoyed the views overlooking the sea from the balcony.

Great location, big sunny balcony with sea views. This apartment is in a great location in Los Boliches.Short walk to lots of restaurants, supermarkets and two minutes to the beach. It is well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The apartment and the whole complex is cleaned to a high stand and well maintained. We stayed in September the pool was very warm and never crowded. Simon the agent will meet you on arrival and show you round the apartment he is very friendly and professional he is always available on the phone should you have any problems. The WIFI is very reliable and the aircon is efficient and economical to run, it was very hot during our stay cost was only 13euro for the 23 day stay. The balcony is large with wonderful sea views, catches the sun most of the day. Had a wonderful holiday would highly recommend this apartment.

Clean tidy and comfortable two bed apartment. Enjoyed the week. Handily placed for Los Boliches. Unfortunately a big drawback was a large adjacent storm drain, which exuded a stinky odour in the kitchen area. If you can live with that all well and good
