"10/10! The best Hotel experience for me and my family. We stayed for a week and did not have any issues. Staff we really nice and helpful. I selected half board and their breakfast and dinner was amazing. Everything was freshly made and delicious. Not to mention the surrounding areas have excellent halal food places. Location was brilliant with amenities close by. The Beach opposite was great. Definitely recommend and worth the money. Our family enjoyed the stay and will come back again one day."

"No customer service provided, no smile, staff has bad attitude, the room has bedbugs , and during the cleaning , food and cough syrup was stollen from the room. It was a nightmare vacation at Hostal Italia. Pay your full money the first day to have nightmare for no compensation. It was a real fraud."

"Spent a 10 night holiday with family in this apartment. The apartments are pretty clean, well equipped for basic cooking. Also have a large fridge freezer, dryer rack, washing machine and most importantly proper cold air conditioning. The stuff Gaia and Isabel looked after us like personal guests. Any wish any question anytime of the day they were there to help. Apartment is perfectly located in 400yards you can get butcher, fresh fish, bakery, vegetable shop, supermarket and car park.
