"The hotel was super clean, and I even got a free upgrade for booking through Expedia. The room was nice and the mini fridge was restocked daily. I loved the rotating food themes and the unlimited drinks were a bonus. Staff were friendly, polite, and made great conversation. There was entertainment every night, which kept things fun. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"The whole staff from the entrance,front counter , house keeing manger Demroy and staff restaurant manager Delroy and staff very pleasant curtious extremely nice. My first experience in Jamaica and i must say my next visit will be back at the S Hotel .I have told many please stay this hotel its definitely will be a treat. Thanks for great hospitality "

"I like everything about the property even my grandchildren say they want to come back there BUT the laundry was very poor I get to understand they use outside laundry which is very bad at night and early morning no towels and they say they don’t give wash cloth that is a no no the hot water boiler is always off in the morning only cold water to shower if they fix these situations it can be a great place the towels at bad colour and course they need their own laundry and things will get better a lot of guest was complaining about the same thing the food and environment can be better too.."
