"Excellent high quality hotel with great spa and breakfast. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful with the exception of the front desk. They were overwhelmed, unprofessional and disorganized. They were understaffed and the desk area was too small for a hotel of this size."

"This hotel was absolutely perfect for my stay in Oslo. I was traveling solo and wanted something that was easy to travel out of, both walkable and public transit. There is a bus station maybe 200 feet from the front door and a grocery store just down the block. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a question for management regarding the WiFi and it was answered very quickly. Overall, this was a really great experience. I would definitely stay here again. "
