"We were pleasantly surprised. It was a lovely stay. Good nights sleep, quiet and safe. It does need updating but it was clean and comfortable. Shame pool and gym is only open in the morning. We couldn't go after checkinh in. 20 min walk to town. Not so bad for the price. "

"We were only here one night, but I loved staying in this flat! It was a real insight into how people live their everyday lives in a city the size of Oxford. Manu was excellent about communicating with us and made sure we would have no trouble finding the flat or getting into it. I wish we could have stayed here longer, and I would definitely reach out to him again if I ever travel back this way!"

"The property has everything you need for living for an extended period of time. Going up somewhat narrow stairs is required. There was the sound of some sort of animal clawing in the walls or window. I didn't read the notice that I needed to ask for checkin instructions 72 hours beforehand until the day before departure. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "Small but charming room. Tends to be warm on the rare sunny days, opening the windows helped when there was a breeze. Very nice and courteous housekeeper. Approximately a 5 minute walk to grocery store, 10min to High Street and 25 min to train station. Overall a great stay!"

"The apartment was well appointed but had not been cleaned sufficiently. Lack of towels and kitchen cleaning items caused us frustration. There was a very complicated deposit payment system and communication from staff in different counties and time zones made it difficult. With no reception and no staff on duty there were things that were not adequately sorted out. "
