No smoking whatsoever is permitted anywhere around the property. If you smoke please do not book this property. There is one parking space for a car. If you are bringing anything larger than a car please get in touch before your arrival and we shall have to jiggle vehicles around.
Bedroom area is 11.5 ft x 10 ft approximately.
The flat contains everything you need for a holiday or a comfortable stay in the Cotswolds.
Property comprises of bedroom, kitchenette, and en suite shower with your own private entrance. You can come and go as you please. It’s all newly painted and decorated. It is in a good location a short walk down to Chipping Norton. A place to put your walking boots or bike for touring this beautiful area. See reviews left.
There is a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, white microwave and toaster etc. Modern portable induction hob which is stored in the cupboard.
Newly fitted modern shower is for your private use only.
Everything is spotlessly clean. There is now a folding table that can be used for dining or as a desk at which to study.
The landlord lives next door and will be on hand to greet you or answer any questions. However we now have the option of key safe entry.
The area is hilly so please bear that in mind.
Please note. During the months of June July August and September the central heating system is closed down. Heating will go on 1 st October if outside temperature is below 16 degrees.
The unit comprises of bedroom, kitchenette and shower room.it isnt huge. However many travellers find it more than adequate. Please look after the key.and return it back to the key safe on your departure or post it through owners letterbox next door., if you lose it it’s a £45 charge to have the lock changed.
