"THE HOUSE WAS GREAT...NOT OVERLY STOCKED...WOULD BE NICE IF MORE THAN ONE TOWEL / PERSON WAS PROVIDED ALSO, THE KITCHEN COULD OFFER MORE THINGS LIKE A CROCK POT AND A BLENDER. AND THE PICS WERE MISLEADING IN THAT IT LOOKED LIKE THE GOLFCART WOULD BE AT THE HOUSE...SO WE WEREN'T ABLE TO CRUISE OUR FIRST NIGHT SINCE THE MARINA CART PLACE WAS ALREADY CLOSED WHEN WE GOT THERE. THE GIRLS HAD A GREAT WEEK, THOUGH THANKS FOR SHARING!!!"

"We had our 5 kids and their spouses along with our 14 grandchildren. It was a fantastic week. The house surpassed our expectations. There was not one of us that didn’t think the house was perfect. Kathy was so efficient and timely in responding to any question I had. My husband and I have booked the same house for next year. Our family simply can’t wait to return. "

Charming 2-bedroom waterfront retreat with breathtaking sunsets on Fripp Island

Relaxing & Refreshing Vacation

"It was our first time on Fripp Island. Salt & Light was exactly as pictured and listed. I even saved some pictures of the furniture and decor on a Pinterest board. The view over the marsh was a stunning sunset every night. Definitely want to rent a golf cart and the trip to the beach was a snap. Comfortable house for our family of 5. We had a wonderful stay!"

"We were a group of 12 (bride and groom's immediate families) and layout was perfect. Plenty of parking, beach supplies and kitchen needs for our chefs (family) to do their thing. Owner & property manager were a DREAM. It was obvious their #1 priority was for us to have the best experience during our stay. Thank you!!!"

Beautiful Seaside Cottage

"Decorated SO cute, clean, provided coffee! Never had that before, and was much appreciated. Owner so helpful with things going on etc. Thinks of everything! Truly wants you to enjoy the space! Highly recommend! The only drawback is the pull out bed. It is comfortable! But does make the space tight, unless you open and close it up every morning. EVERYTHING else is perfection. Master bath and bedroom just beautiful!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Room was perfect size for us. It was a little dated but that’s ok too. Older places always bring back the nostalgia of beach trips of the past. Kathy with the rental company was always responsive and helped us with any questions we had. "
