"Room was very small even for Tokyo especially for the price. The bathroom is completely windows right next to the bed offering little to no privacy when traveling with others. The room was very hot and the window open made it very loud. "

"Very nice location. Not a five star hotel but comfortable enough. We stayed her mostly for the convenience of being near the station, food, shops and the heart of shinjuku. Rooms could be updated but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the rooms. Bathrooms are nice and updated. Would stay again. "

"The hotel delivered just what you see on their website and elsewhere online. There was nothing negative in our experience. Staff are very attentive and polite, breakfast was perfectly acceptable and the hotel is very clean. The location worked very well for us."

"This hotel is located in a great location. It is close to all the craziness of Shibuya Square but far enough to be away from all the noise!!! There is only 1 elevator and it takes a very long time. You need to plan for it if you need to use the elevator in the morning. They do have laundry on the second floor, the dryer will NOT dry your close!!! Be advised!!! There is a laundromat near by, about 5 minutes walk away. It was very difficult to get a wake up call. I had to ask the staff on 3 separate occasions on how to set up a wake up call. They need to have directions by the room telephone on how to set up a wake call. "

"Great location the shopping and food district. Easy access to any train system required which was also great. Staff was great and easy to talk with. Room was great and well taken care of when asked to refresh things. Thanks again for a great stay. "
