"Loved this place. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfy beds. Restaurant had a great view, and a deck as well. Right next to the river walk which took us to more restaurants and shopping. Just a short drive to other attractions and water parks. Our room included access to the other property with a small lagoon/pool. Also to the inflatable water park lake , about 5-10 minute drive away. We went and it looked very fun, but was a little thunder storm and weren't allowed in the water. (Boo). "

"Our hotel stay was Amazing for our family. This Best Western did a fantastic job. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our rooms and all of the areas were kept very clean. We enjoyed the hot breakfast that was included with our stay. We also enjoyed the free tickets to Noah’s Water Park for our family. This was a great value for the whole package. "

"When we first arrived, we asked if the hotel room (loft) that we reserved was handicap (meaning Wheelchair) accessible, they yes, it is but when we got to our room, we found out that the bathroom was yes handicap accessible but not wheelchair accessible. Went outside the room and by chance there was a worker there, told them of our situation and he made a call to someone at the front desk and explained our situation. We received a phone call from the front desk stating that they would upgrade us to fit our needs. (I was expecting with this wonderful upgrade there would have been some kind of up charge) NOT at all. They upgraded us to a condo where we had more than enough room!!! Along with our stay the staff there were very helpful! We will definitely be back."
