"5 nights stay at the nhow Berlin during May 2024. Very friendly and nicely decorated hotel. However, one of the days I had to beg them to clean my room, literally and repeatedly(!): I went out at noon and asked the reception to get my room cleaned when I'm out, "Sure, we clean at 2 PM so no problem". Came back 3 hours later, to find used towels I left on the floor still there and the room uncleaned. Went to the reception to comlain and they said they are sending someone right away. Grabbed...

"The property was very clean. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff were exemplary and very helpful. An overall excellent stay. My only small criticisms were that the room was a little too hot the first couple of nights(though this became fine after that) the fitness centre was fine but there could be more specific explanation aboutwhat it included, restaurant food was quite expensive and it was not clear that there was no bathtub in the room."
