"The main problem I had was with the TV. I couldn’t use it as a regular TV and after trying many things I finally had it call the desk and they did send a handyman and he couldn’t fix it either because somebody had reprogrammed the TV or something anyway that was very frustrating for me as I wanted to watch some sports while I was there in a couple other things. Also, the TV remote was so worn that I could hardly see which channels or buttons were for what"

"the property and the staff are fabulous. the place still looks brand new. The issue I had was there is a smell from the a/c unit that was tough to get used to. They did have an a/c person look at it but filters and features were found to be fine. Other than that, it was a fabulous property with a beautiful, clean, comfortable room, very clean hallways and public areas, excellent breakfast selections and a wonderful staff to help with questions including telling me about an incredible restaurant for dinner right down the street. it was quiet and I got a very good nights sleep. very convenient to the south entrance to Yosemite National Park."
