"Fabulous hotel with super friendly staff. Hotel is situated on a hill, so prepare yourself for a walk up the hill when returning from the city centre. Lots of steps in the hotel and parking is on a first come, first served basis at £15 per night, but that is the only negative. Lovely patio room, with fan and portable aircon on the hotest weekend of the year so far. Powerful shower, a must for my wife. Excellent breakfast, cooked to order, and the best overnight oats, i have ever tasted. We were there for a celebration weekend, and the silver package of towel art, petals and fruit bowl were well received."

The tranquil garden and peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true escape. The only slight letdown was breakfast — while the quality was good, clearer communication from the serving staff would have made the experience even better. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Bath."
