"I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded. Very impressed

"We were very impressed by the De Vere, a beautiful place, very comfortable. Loved the Library Bar and restaurant. The breakfast, with loads of,choice and variety was impressive, and the staff were pleasant and polite. The room was comfortable and clean. Although no air con, a good fan was provided, but then the weather was particularly hot! We also enjoyed the Tipi restaurant, lovely food, with excellent waiting service. We would definitely return, to check out the area generally."
