"First of all: Coffee maker was broken and the area was full of DUST. Had to call down and they brought a new one. So that was good. Secondly the switch on the hair dryer was not working. So to use it, had to plug in and unplug after. Third. No body wash in bottle. Had to translate in Spanish to get the key to change the bottle and add more body wash. Fourth. "My stay at the Best Western was personal, to attend my aunt’s funeral. From the front desk staff to maintenance everyone was pleasant and professional. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu had many options and very satisfying. The location was great.. walking distance to shops and eateries was easy. My overall stay was good considering the circumstances. I will highly recommend the Best Western hotel ."
