"I specifically booked this hotel because it was advertised with air conditioning. When I check into the room, the room's AC was broken and has not yet been fixed for the entire stay. We are in a major extreme heatwave in Paris with temp of 102 F without AC and the property was unable to give us another room with working AC. The hotel manager even refused to directly communicate with us. Expedia tried to call the hotel multiple times to escalate that you should for us but the hotel never answer...
