"The staff was great, as always. The stuff that I could bring up almost feels like nitpicking. The breakfast looked like it was just thrown together, because I’ve seen them so much better. There weren’t any towels in the pool area, even after we asked for some. None appeared until we were checking out the next day. Overall, the kids had a great time, and that’s what matters most "

Prime example: I was walking through the lobby, and while I was not exactly wandering aimlessly, I was still getting my bearings and one of the staff seemed to read my mind and offer up the location of two of the things it would have eventually occured to me to seek out(gym and business cetner).
