"My stay at the Best Western was personal, to attend my aunt’s funeral. From the front desk staff to maintenance everyone was pleasant and professional. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu had many options and very satisfying. The location was great.. walking distance to shops and eateries was easy. My overall stay was good considering the circumstances. I will highly recommend the Best Western hotel ."

"Half the toilet seat was loose without a bolt. Corners of the room had hair and debris that looked like it was there for awhile."

"Our first stay was no shampoo they did not refill . Not enough for 4 of us. Theyre poor in english i could hardly understand them. Breakfast said 6am and the guy on the front desk did not answer us if ready or not. Until we left at 6:45 without having anything. Our second stay before heading back home was not that awful. I mean were not expecting anything anymore coz pretty much our first stay says it all"
