"A really mixed experience. Terrible initial check-in with serious attitude from security and front desk. The luggage cart was beat up and literally falung apart. Valet parking was particularly crazy and after waiting I while I was informed there were no spots left so I'd have to find my own parking. That wasn't as hard as I expected. Strange smell in our room which turned out to be dirty dishes in the dishwasher! Floor did not look like it had been mopped. Bathroom was clean with the exception of the drawers in the vanity. These had a lot of dirt in them but were empty. The bed was made weirdly with the top sheet about halfway up the bed. The sheets were clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast with good and the staff friendly all three days of our stay. Day staff on the front desk were helpful and went above and beyond to assist. 2nd day we were able to valet park but both staff members had gone on a break. Waiting almost an hour. Would have been nice to know that they were on break and when they would be back. I was about to park my car myself again. Super organized on our checkout day; cars were already pulled around front awaiting their owners. The two guys on duty were really hustling and working as a team. At night there were a large number of folks sleeping in the park and on the sidewalks a stones through from the hotel. Several approached asking for money. Overall comfortable stay but average and did not meet our expectations."

"Very clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff from the curb to the check in to the restaurant staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great- omelet station was wonderful. Bar staff was friendly and the managers reception was relaxing and enjoyable. Would stay again if we head back."
