BRAND NEW and completely renovated Mid Century modern house with an open floor plan. High end finishes throughout and located in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg, Marketplatz is 3 blocks away.
Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. Fully stocked coffee bar with Keurig and drip coffee maker.
Master bedroom with private bath. King bed in 2nd bedroom and double twins in 3rd bedroom. Large closets in all bedrooms. Completely fenced in back yard.
The space
The entire house is yours for just a couple of a group of 6 friends. Located on a shady street just blocks from Marketplatz, restaurants and all the fun Fredericksburg has to offer!

The Best!!

We recently stayed at this incredible home for a birthday weekend celebration in Fredericksburg. Every detail was thought of in this well appointed mid century modern stunner! High end touches throughout, everything feels brand new and sparkling clean! I could go on and on about how much we all enjoyed the beauty of the decor and functionality of this house! The owners were very helpful and super responsive. Would most definitely stay here again!

Awesome find in Fredericksburg

Wow! Have rented many properties through VRBO/HomeAway in many places. This one really stands out. The remodel was accomplished with an outstanding attention to detail, Not just a face lift but rather a serious and thoughtful approach that shows great pride in ownership and provided pleasant surprises everywhere we turned. The house, neighborhood, and location were all fantastic. The owner was responsive, always available for questions, and completely unobtrusive. This is clearly one of our best overall experiences for a weekend getaway. Thank you so much for sharing your hard work and beautiful property with us.

Jessica was so helpful with advice and suggestions and the property is beautiful. The house has everything you could ask for and it is truly within walking distance to Main St, weather permitting. We had an amazing time and will certainly be returning. Thank you for helping make our memories wonderful and fun!

Gorgeous property with more than enough room!

We have traveled to Fredericksburg every year and this was our favorite rental. It was extremely clean and had plenty of space so no one felt ontop of anyone. The backyard was beautiful and well kept, and the living room/couch/fireplace set up was amazing, the fireplace is on gas and you have a remote to control how hot it gets and you can simply click it off when going to bed. It’s just blocks from downtown so getting there was a breeze and plenty of parking in the driveway and infront of the property. We will definitely be staying here again!
