"DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. I had the WORST experience I have ever had with a rental at this disgusting place. Not only was it nauseatingly dirty and smelly, but I fell and injured myself on the steps that were extremely slippery. Of course the host took zero responsibility and fought me every step of the way about a refund.Truly, I have seen sketchy motels that were cleaner and more comfortable than this place.I wish I could give a 0/10. "

"I was worried about negative reviews but hoped these were from people that are hard to satisfy. I was very wrong. The filthiest and dirtiest property we have ever stayed at. Cannot believe it was the Hyatt brand. Stained carpets everywhere - room and common areas, stains on sheets and bedding. Basically a dirty room that was lightly surface-cleaned. Simply disgusting. Paper-thin wall. Overall, a terrible property in dire need of many improvements. This was our first trip, with many more to come to Rochester and will never stay there again. T"

"Broken lamp glued together and with a prerty questionable stain. Not that I am picky but it was the first thing I saw when I woke up or went to sleep. Leaking water in the hallway, and the restaurant wasnt open during our stay, whixh was part of the decision to stay there. "
