"Lovely pool, airport shuttle service oerfevt"

"We stayed a this hotel on June 29 2026 and booked two rooms for our last night in Italy. , as it’s close to the airport. Immediately after check in one room had an inoperative ac system. With it being 40 degrees outside it’s not possible to sleep in that heat. We contacted front desk and they switched rooms to another after waiting nearly an hour at reception. The next room was no better and ac again did not work. We’re switched to a third room and finally the ac was working. Then two hours...

"Room was not the cleanest but upon speaking to front desk we were moved to a better room Property bit dated but nothing too bad"
